Stojanovic Pronto Umzüge & Transporte

I made an inquiry for transport of a floor lamp. The phone went unanswered for days. This was despite a text message to the managing director with a description of the order and a request for a callback. This company is absolutely unacceptable.

I made two appointments with Stojanovic, but he didn't keep them. He didn't call back to say he couldn't make the appointment or had forgotten. Unprofessional! Not recommended!
